Abstract:
Abstract China has already established a high-quality development plan, in which strictly controlling financial risk is an important function. On the one hand, the development, especially the development of companies, cannot be achieved without the company’s financial operation, which may take on clear financial leverage characteristics. On the other hand, the development may involve corresponding operation risks. In all, companies may increase their financial leverage, achieving more capital for development, but probably leading to higher operation risk. Consequently, there exists a close relationship between financial leverage and operation risk. The paper utilizes panel data model to analyze the relationship between financial leverage and operation risk and is of great theoretical and practical significance.
