Abstract: Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has become an obstacle to human activity, impacting various economic, educational, and sociocultural activities. Although the main reason for the delay in these activities is health, it is feared that many activities related to many people, especially outside the room, will facilitate the spread of the virus; as a result, various activities related to many people, especially foreigners, are completely restricted. These conditions have also changed business service activities, especially entrepreneurship, such as limited buying and selling activities, financing, distribution of goods, endangering the R&D process, discontinuation of operations, changes in business models, major customer losses, and product/service restrictions. This literature aims to determine the challenges and opportunities experienced by business people/entrepreneurs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is the Literature Review which is carried out using the Google Scholar database. This study shows that the challenges faced by business people are the economic crisis, safety and health, and the policies implemented by the government. At the same time, the opportunities that can be exploited are collaboration and the use of digital media, which can make it easier for businesses to survive in these conditions.
