Abstract:
Abstract Objective study is for see influence work life balance and work stress to performance vocational high school employees Ministry of Industry, with motivation work as mediating variable. Type study characteristic quantitative with method survey. Sample study consists from vocational high School employees Ministry Industry. Data analysed with using Amos SEM software. The result of the research are work life balance influential to motivation work employee, stress work has a negative effect to work motivation employees, that work life balance influential positive to performance employee, work stress influential has a negative effect to performance employees, work motivation has a positive effect to performance, work motivation mediate influence work-life balance to performance employees, as well motivation work mediate influence stress work to performance employee.
