Abstract:
Abstract This paper examines how Data Governance (DG) enhances data-driven decision-making in Industry 4.0 operations and supply chain management. Drawing on literature review and empirical case studies, the research identifies persistent challenges in data usability, such as human errors, regulatory gaps, technological constraints, and resource limitations. To address these, the study proposes a tailored governance framework that provides both theoretical insights and practical guidance for improving operational efficiency and decision accuracy.
