Abstract:
Abstract This paper focuses on the field of inclusive business for persons with disabilities. By analysing the current challenges faced by disabled people in employment like cognitive biases, the incomplete training system, and inadequate information channels, it explores the multifaceted significance of inclusive business in social inclusion, economic growth, and the self-realization of persons with disabilities. Finally, it proposes suggestions from the perspectives of publicity, business operations, and training.
