Abstract: Abstract Achieving good financial health requires preparing funds for future needs such as education, healthcare, ceremonial expenses, and retirement. In rural communities in Bali, these funds can be managed through participation in term deposit programs offered by Village Credit Institutions or Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD). In the digital era, although not many microfinance use information technology, however it is essential for LPDs to provide web-based applications that help the community easily understand and explore simulations of available term deposit programs. Public knowledge of these programs is crucial for effective financial planning. LPDs can educate the public about term deposit options through various media, including bro-chures, electronic channels, and digital platforms such as web-based simula-tion applications. It may improve financial inclusion in LPD. This study aims to identify community needs for such an application, design the appli-cation, evaluate the results of the trial implementation, and develop a proto-type of a web-based Term Deposit Program simulation application for the community in the LPDs. The development process follows the System De-velopment Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, comprising five stages: analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The findings indicate that: (1) the community strongly supports the development of the application, with an average approval rating of 3.06; (2) the application design includes simula-tion menus for four types of Term Deposit Programs (Type I–IV); (3) trial re-sults confirm the validity of the application across all program types; and (4) the prototype, developed using PHP, includes four main modules and is ac-cessible online at https://www.prkeulpdbadung.com/program/SimulasiSimpananBerjangka.php.
