Research on the Classification Standard of Building Environmental Vibration Impact on the Test Line of Urban Subway Depot

Abstract:
Abstract With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous growth of urban population, China’s rail transit industry has developed rapidly, and by the end of 2023, 59 cities in China have operated urban rail transit with a total length of about 11,232.65 km. On the other hand, the developable land resources in the central urban areas of China’s large cities are almost exhausted, and the development of land resources around urban rail transit lines and depots has become the focus of attention of the government and real estate developers. In view of the vibration problem caused by train operation, this paper conducts an in-depth and systematic study on 12 completed subway depot test line construction projects according to the factors such as track type, vibration and noise reduction measures, superstructure building type, number of building floors, vibration detection and analysis methods. The results show that most of the subway superstructure buildings do not need to be measured or simulated because the track structure has energy dissipation and vibration reduction measures. Partially cover the subway superstructure with higher train speed, because more efficient energy and vibration reduction measures are installed, neither actual measurement nor simulation analysis is required; A small number of subway superstructures with too high train speed need to be simulated and analyzed to implement vibration control for vibration sensitive points. Structural engineers can adopt different simplification design methods for different types of subway covers, so as to save time and effort.
