Abstract: Abstract It is possible to conclude that the term “cyber economy” has found its place in the modern scientific lexicon and it fully and precisely describes the new type of economic system that will form in the process of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Formation of the cyber economy starts deep transformation processes at all levels of economic activity. The organization of production and distribution, based on the breakthrough technologies of Industry 4.0 and digital business, continues to become more popular. The diversification of consumption and modernization of state management are moving ahead apace.
