Abstract:
Abstract The purpose of the article is to study micro-level financial tools of joint overcoming of crises in socio-economic sphere in the context of Russian-European cooperation. For that, the authors perform quantitative evaluation of effectiveness of the use of macro-level tools of overcoming the crises in socio-economic sphere of Russia and Europe with the help of the developed proprietary methodology and perform qualitative analysis of the use of macro-level tools of overcoming the crises in socio-economic sphere of Russia and Europe with the help of the developed proprietary methodology and perform qualitative analysis with the help of causal connections method. The authors determine perspective micro-level financial tools for joint overcoming of crises in socio-economic sphere in the context of Russian-European cooperation and prove that effectiveness of overcoming of consequences of crises in socio-economic sphere should is higher at the micro-level, as compared to macro-level tools.
