Abstract:
Abstract This chapter describes analysis and analytical viewpoints in IA. IA first identifies current problems, then illustrates the necessity of government intervention. the effectiveness of the proposed regulation is ascertained through objective analysis, which entails quantifying possible costs and benefits. We explain this analytic process using several examples.
