Chapter Chapter 2 in The Kyoto Post-COVID Manifesto For Global Economics, 2022, pp 25-44 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Counter to the destructive ‘self’-based impact on our humanity and thence our planet demonstrated in Chap. 1 , this Chapter introduces the power of our Humanity as a force of transformation—demonstrating the full existential power as social human persons that lies in what is described as “The Circle of Wholeness.” The dynamic of this Circle is formed from full sharing and care for others, along with guidance from trans-disciplinary understanding of the interacting domains of objective, subjective and cultural knowledge of the whole person, connecting, as in a circle, into overall harmony. Caring and knowledge are held into relationship by the Circle’s central human focal point, integrity and trust.
