A chapter in Corporate Social Responsibility and Employer Attractiveness, 2021, pp 275-283 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter presents the general context for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and then shows the results of the survey on the importance of CSR and non-CSR related job choice criteria applied to a group of students in Chile. The results point out the relevance of work atmosphere and quality of the work and indicate a relatively low importance of employer attributes related to socio-ecological responsibility.
