Abstract:
Abstract Operations management is the business practice that is concerned with translating, as efficiently as possible, raw material and labor into an end product or service to maximize the success of an organization. Operations management of the social enterprising nonprofit organizations (SENOs) has been one of the crucial issues in flourishing. Operations management was regarded by the research participants in this study as the element that helps build the capabilities of the organizations to achieve their visions and missions.
