Chapter Chapter 9 in Nonprofit Social Enterprises, 2024, pp 83-93 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Organizational culture plays an essential role in the success of any organization. The subsequent discussion follows the organization’s culture as an element that propels the SENO toward flourishing. The themes cover several issues that create an organizational culture that facilitates flourishing: observing ethical operation standards, creating organizational shared values, establishing the flow of power, creating positive organizational climate, designing a just organization, and promoting a culture of innovation. The subsequent analysis seeks to address these issues as shared by the participants of this study.
