Abstract:
Abstract In this essay we note the confluence of three things: the major features of modern commercial societies, the nature and role of spiritual capital as opposed to other kinds of capital, and the major characteristics of leadership. It is argued that spiritual leadership can be a significant contributor to modern commercial societies.
