Abstract: Abstract Financial inclusion is increasingly being seen as critical to reducing poverty and unlocking inclusive growth. However, financial inclusion will remain incomplete without appropriate and adequate financial literacy. We have adopted the design science research methodology and developed a mobile phone based continuous literacy platform to overcome the limitations of classroom based delivery medium. With the primary objective of assessing the effectiveness of this digital platform for financial literacy, a POC was conducted. This study analyzed the ability of this platform in reaching out to large number of target audience, disseminating customized content and engaging individuals in meaningful conversations that lead to learning. A sample of 1383 people were engaged in a basic financial literacy program and participant responses were analyzed. Findings from this study are very encouraging and have implications for the design and implementation of such continuous literacy programs and future of this channel for delivering such programs.
