A chapter in Digitalization in Healthcare, 2021, pp 147-161 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Suppliers and manufacturers of digital health applications must think about how they market and sell their solutions and products in the German-speaking DACH region. One challenge lies in the heterogeneity of the target group and target customers. These affect both patients and health care facilities such as hospitals and nursing homes, as well as doctors and health insurance companies. Future sales and marketing concepts must consider the heterogeneity of the target groups.
