Abstract This chapter focuses on how the Internet of Value can address e-commerce business models in the areas of loyalty, direct to consumer, servitisation, sustainability, data and self-sovereign identity. All these areas have a direct impact on the evolving role of e-commerce business models and how these will affect consumer markets.
