To the Manifesto!

Kevin R. Lowell

Chapter 3 in Leading Modern Technology Teams in Complex Times, 2023, pp 11-11 from Springer

The purpose of the Manifesto was to guide this work, enable this work, and assist the people doing this work—the software developers—to do the work to the best of their abilities.
