Abstract:
Abstract Work done differently requires leadership done differently. The authors of the Agile Manifesto recognized that the work of software development was a different kind of work. The purpose of the Manifesto was to guide this work, enable this work, and assist the people doing this work—the software developers—to do the work to the best of their abilities.
