Chapter 2 in Visionary Leadership, 2024, pp 41-61 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, we introduce the Vision360 leadership model, which provides a robust framework for vision development and realization in organizations, catering to both startup ventures and established businesses. The model encompasses four evidence-based phases: vision conception, adoption, creation, and integration, offering a fresh perspective and addressing a gap in visionary leadership theory. This chapter establishes a solid conceptual foundation for the Vision360 model, setting the stage for further theory development and practical implementation in organizational leadership.
