Chapter 14 in The Future (R)Evolution of the Office Workspace, 2025, pp 243-247 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The future digital workplace will revolutionise work by enabling seamless collaboration, independent work, and leadership unrestricted by time, place, or space. As organisations transition to a blend of digital and analogue workspaces, digital infrastructure will increasingly dominate, enhancing efficiency and productivity. The digital workplace will likely include AI, automation, cloud-based technology, IoT, and advanced collaboration tools. As workplaces evolve, balancing digital and analogue elements will be crucial for maintaining competitiveness. Organisations that embrace digital advancements will lead the way, while those that delay risk falling behind in the rapidly changing work environment.
