A chapter in Mastering CommTech, 2025, pp 3-20 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This article deals with the digitalization of communication departments. It not only presents the current status but also questions why a digital transformation is necessary at all. It also describes hurdles, such as a lack of implementation, project management, and data expertise, and provides recommendations on how to overcome them. The focus is on a master plan that paves the way for the complete digitalization of the communication value chain.
