Chapter 6 in New Business Organizational Models for Governing in Times of Change, 2025, pp 79-90 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, there is an elaborate examination of new organization models for leadership during a time of quick technological change, with the overarching focus being to shift from traditional HR models to AI-governance models. Using a literature systematic review and affinity mapping, seven unique yet interconnected themes are revealed to be AI-driven HR transformation, agility and adaptive models of governance, integration of digital technology, improved leadership models, evidence-based HR, cultural transformation, and ethical AI governance. Discussion also identifies the mechanisms through which the models enable responsiveness in the organization, encourage employees’ engagement, and lead to innovation alongside tackling ethical and social issues. Practical tools like an AI Governance Decision Tree and implementation guidance are provided to assist organizations in attaining strategic adoption and overcoming organizational inertia and technological readiness issues.
