Chapter 9 in Leading Innovation, 2026, pp 263-283 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Finally, a structured reflection framework is presented to support the systematic examination of leadership and innovation practices within one’s own organisation. This framework serves as a foundation for discussion prior to the selection of appropriate leadership and management tools for fostering innovation. In addition, five case studies designed for leadership development are introduced, providing a basis for experience sharing and peer learning among leaders in innovation-orientated organisations.
