Chapter 9 in Strategic Agility in Marketing, 2025, pp 223-227 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Agility has been a buzzword for many years—and for good reason. Often touted as a panacea for organizational challenges, agility has proven its value in enabling teams and companies to adapt to change and address complex problems. However, it’s not a quick fix. True agility requires a mindset shift and a deliberate approach to implementation. In marketing, agility equips teams to anticipate change, tackle challenges effectively, and stay ahead in a dynamic environment. As we reach the conclusion of this book, we want to once again highlight the added value that agility can bring—not just to marketing, but to the entire organization.
