Chapter 2 in Creating Shared Value, 2026, pp 33-51 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter presents practical examples of highly successful entrepreneurs to illustrate what entrepreneurship is about and how entrepreneurial innovation drives value creation for a business’s stakeholders. It then introduces core practical tools, such as business planning, customer value proposition, product-market fit, and monetization. Drawing on key insights from entrepreneurship research, this chapter also explores fundamental phenomena, including creative destruction and disruptive innovation.
