Abstract: Abstract During the epidemic, businesses and customers were more innovative and technologically adoptive. The technologies are innovated at rapid pace to help businesses adapt to fluctuating business environment in the pandemic. There are numerous technologies that can assist businesses in conducting market research and communicating with customers. The majority of these technologies either are free or give basic capabilities for no cost, and they are also easier to use and valuable. They’re useful for gathering market intelligence and making reasonable business model innovation decisions for domestic and international markets. This chapter focuses on the use of various technologies by Spanish startups to research the US and German markets. Among the technologies are Google technologies, such as Google Market Finder and Google Ads Preview tool; prototyping tools, such as Webflow; and social networking technologies, such as Facebook and others, including similarweb.com . Finally, the need of implementing these technologies especially prototyping technologies in a systematic manner in corporate procedures is emphasized.
