Chapter Chapter 5 in Strengthening Youth Entrepreneurship in Africa and Emerging Markets, 2026, pp 133-156 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Youth entrepreneurs in Africa represent the base of the pyramid. They become vulnerable in youth entrepreneurship because of fragility of entrepreneurial education more fully discussed in Chap. 3 and the fragility of the financial and non-financial support system more fully discussed in Chap. 4 . These two chapters elaborate the gap between the youth entrepreneurship on the one hand and the entrepreneurial education and financial and non-financial support system on the other hand. Hence, this chapter elaborates how the gap is bridged by a mediator, an internship for youth entrepreneurs with helix fractal academic firms and a moderator, an entrepreneurial ecosystem dedicated to strengthening the youth entrepreneurship.
