Chapter 16 in AI-Driven Business Models, 2026, pp 163-165 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The argument developed across fifteen chapters rests on a foundational claim that warrants explicit restatement at its close. AI does not merely add new capabilities to existing organizational frameworks. It reconfigures the structural foundations on which those frameworks rest. The progression of the analysis, from the nature of the firm as a cognitive and value-creating system to the design of organizations capable of sustaining competitive advantage in an algorithmically governed economy, has been guided by this claim at every stage.
