Abstract:
Abstract Shimmer Research is a technology company that designs and develops wearable wireless sensors, as well as developing algorithms to interpret the sensed world. By pairing the platforms and the algorithms together, we also provide a wide range of solutions that give real time analysis and insight from ‘data on the move’. Shimmer primarily operates in the health and sports areas and in this context kinematic and physiological data sources are the primary types of data analysed.
