Chapter 7 in Knowledge Sharing in Chinese Hospitals, 2015, pp 157-183 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Chapter 6 presented the research findings and discussed identified barriers to sharing patient knowledge between TCM and WM healthcare professionals. This chapter conceptualises the research findings and presents an integrated model of the final theory. Furthermore, this chapter compares the emerging model with existing KS models, elicits the implications of findings for the reality of practice and contributes to the body of knowledge in the field.
