Chapter Chapter 9 in Minds, Brains, and Doxa for Inclusive Entrepreneurship, 2024, pp 123-131 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Creating equal opportunities for people regardless of their social group or background is an important aspect for creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive society. Fostering inclusive entrepreneurship will tackle the challenges for social groups who continue to face challenges in the labor market and are under-represented or disadvantaged in entrepreneurship. One of these groups are seniors. These older people can still contribute economically through their experience and business knowledge, which will bring valuable impetus to markets for the national economies as well as on the European internal market.
