Chapter Chapter 3 in Integration of Information and Optimization Models for Routing in City Logistics, 2012, pp 23-33 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Online shopping has become more and more popular in recent years. Many traditional retailers offer an Internet sales channel nowadays. Meanwhile, their role has become crucial in underlying supply chains, because influence and former functions of distributors diminish.
