Chapter Chapter 6 in Business Analytics, 2013, pp 79-83 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract After deciding, we execute … or maybe not. Not all decisions are executed, or converted from a nominal “implementation” to behavioral changes and then business results. Advisory and assessment projects generally suffer from these defects. Transformation and experimentation engagements do close the loop from model to result with ongoing governance and assessments, but the actual work of driving the decision from record to results is often left outside the purview of analytics.
