Abstract: Abstract This chapter offers examples illustrating how the ‘Solver’ feature of Excel can be used to solve simultaneous equations and unconstrained and constrained optimization models. This and other features of Excel can be used to solve any of the optimization or simulation models or equations introduced in this book.
