Abstract:
Abstract The objective of this article is to assess the entrepreneurial practices of public organizations. Data were gathered using a structured questionnaire administered to a sample of 292 participants. To analyze the data, Smart PLS-SEM 4 with a consistent algorithm for the measurement model and bootstrapping for the structural model was utilized. The study’s results indicate that the ethical climate partially mediates the linkage between entrepreneurial leadership and entrepreneurial practices. Specifically, entrepreneurial leadership exhibits a positive relationship with both the ethical climate and entrepreneurial practices of public organizations. Additionally, the ethical climate demonstrates a positive relationship with entrepreneurial practices within the public organizations of the North Wollo Zonal administrations.
