Discussion of the Research Results and Conclusions

Malgorzata Zieba

Chapter 7 in Understanding Knowledge-Intensive Business Services, 2021, pp 207-222 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In this last part of the book the discussion of the research results is provided. On this basis, the conceptual model of knowledge and its flows is proposed. This section is integrative as it links the theory discussed in this book with the results of empirical study. Among the most crucial contributions there are: the verified taxonomy of knowledge flows, the factors influencing the distribution of knowledge and the factors influencing the flow of knowledge indicated by KIBS companies. This section ends with conclusions and future research avenues.
