Chapter 5 in Organizations and Knowledge Management, 2025, pp 107-127 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter explores the impact of artificial intelligence on knowledge sharing to improve the organizational performance in modern organizations. Organizations can efficiently oversee physical resources by employing strategic tools to examine intricate tangible elements, including tacit knowledge. Nonetheless, there are obstacles in distributing resources for knowledge-related activities due to the challenge of measuring how concrete the results of knowledge exchanges are in relation to the units used for tangible resources. The recognition that the economy is transitioning from conventional markets to a cutting-edge knowledge-driven marketplace is compelling justification to adopt knowledge as a lasting strategy for maintaining market presence and competitive advantage.
