Chapter Chapter 6 in Performance Analysis of Closed Queueing Networks, 2013, pp 131-157 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The two previous chapters focused on the calculation of the first-moment performance measures. In the following, the calculation of the exact distribution of the time between processing starts, denoted by TBPS, is presented. This distribution concerns processes that take place at the instant of a processing-start.
