Abstract: Abstract In the context of Industry 4.0, new technologies have made it possible to face the challenges of the logistics sector. They have integrated smart models to improve the traceability and support logistics processes in real time while ensuring high accuracy and flexibility. In this article, we propose a study on the impact of new technologies on logistics issues in the context of Industry 4.0. We have relied on a set of works aimed at transforming the logistic process into a smart process, with a capacity for communication, perception, action, and management of the information available locally or through a network.
