Abstract: Abstract Business performance management systems are common in large enterprises and play a key role in their management. However, just a few small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have implemented performance management. The obstacles to the implementation of performance management in SMEs have been identified in many studies, but solutions to overcome them are still lacking. This project proposes the development of a modular and adaptable business performance management solution, using a low-code application development platform. This solution can be implemented by SMEs in the short term, at low cost, and through a simplified process.
