Abstract:
Abstract The new construction legislation in Slovakia, concerning the digitalization of the construction procedure, assumes experimental research in the field of digital transformation of construction permitting processes. One of the types of permitting is the notice of small buildings, which, like all other types of permits, will be carried out in a unified information system (IS). To test the functional prototype of the IS, it is necessary to create 3D models of small buildings, of which more than 20 are listed in the law in terms of the variety of constructions. The paper focuses on the development of BIM models of small buildings, including an algorithm for inserting their geodetic coordinates for regular positioning in the digital twin of the territory.
