Abstract:
Abstract The article analyzes the scientific and technological development of the EAEU countries in the context of digitalization as a key factor in the development of industrial potential. It emphasizes the importance of integrating innovative resources, harmonizing legal and organizational frameworks, and implementing digital technological platforms to enhance the efficiency of interaction within integration associations in the field of scientific and technological cooperation. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to draft proposals for improving the effectiveness of international scientific and technological cooperation by creating a digital technological platform that facilitates the development of international innovative projects, technology transfer and promotion, as well as ensuring the legal protection of intellectual property. Key issues hindering the development of high-tech exports and coordination of scientific and industrial activities have been identified, including differences in the legislative framework and limited resources of the member states. A structure for the Eurasian Digital Technological Platform is proposed, aimed at ensuring the innovation process at all stages, from idea generation to commercialization. The study employs theoretical synthesis and content analysis to identify the principles of integration among countries based on scientific and technological cooperation. Data on the development of scientific and technological cooperation among the EAEU members, collected from open official sources, were preliminarily normalized and processed, with average growth rates calculated based on them. A comparative analysis of the organizational structure of technological platforms and the interaction parameters of their participants was conducted, allowing for the identification of organizational structure elements and the justification of using digital technologies to improve communication efficiency. To develop criteria for evaluating platform effectiveness, a system analysis of interaction indicators among participants was performed. The research results highlight the necessity of promoting international scientific and technological cooperation, contributing to the growth of the EAEU’s international industrial competitiveness, which will enable the member states to achieve technological sovereignty.
