Abstract: Abstract The paper describes the prerequisites for the development of public officials’ training in the digital conditions due to the implementation of the decentralization reform in Ukraine; the features of the state standard and educational program are studied; the students’ needs and perceptions survey is conducted and analyzed; the application of digital learning technologies for public officials is substantiated; the mapping of the number of students in public management and administration by region is carried out; the forecast of number of public officials as well as vacant positions in public service is performed; future trends in public officials training are determined.
