Abstract: Abstract Critical chain project management is a widely used project schedule management method, the core of which is buffer management. We firstly determine the buffer based on the elasticity of project activities, consider the activity risk when allocating the buffer, then set the buffer monitoring warning points, and give the implementation scheme of dynamic buffer monitoring. Finally, a case simulation demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed buffer management method in the project schedule monitoring process.
