Abstract:
Abstract The “one pallet” model describes the situation when an order placed by a consumer on the terminal platform is transferred to the central platform which then carries out unified control, picks up the goods from the general warehouse and distributes them to consumers. This model can reduce excess inventory as goods are distributed from general warehouse to sub warehouse. As an example, U Company sells FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods). This paper uses system dynamics to analyze the key links from platform terminal to distribution terminal and puts forward the “one pallet” supply chain mode of “contactless distribution” based on existing technology. At the same time, it explores the plan to optimize U Company’s supply chain in the post epidemic period.
