Chapter Chapter 2 in Innovation in the Public Sector, 2022, pp 15-83 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Although innovation is perceived as a concept related to the private sector rather than government, the innovative applications in the public sector are far from being scarce. Many public sector innovation practices have been implemented in different countries of the world especially in the last two decades. This chapter deals with these applications and gives examples of inspiring, useful, and cutting-edge innovation.
