Abstract: Abstract This research aims to analyze comparatively the responses to the earthquake (2010) and the hurricane Mathew (2016) occurred in Haiti according to the perspective of the Brazilian Navy operations. The results reveal an improvement in the hurricane response that can be associated with preventive and planned collaborative strategies.
