Chapter Chapter 63 in Operations Management for Social Good, 2020, pp 647-657 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This paper analyzes the performance measurement system (PMS) from the perspective of the redesign phase. It presents the findings of a case study in the oil industry. It addresses a research–practice gap regarding the lack of studies in this phase when compared to the other ones, especially the design phase.
