Abstract: Abstract This chapter highlights how a Brazilian company took advantage of offset agreements to receive intensive technology from an Israeli company. A qualitative research was conducted to study how AEL Sistemas S.A. has changed its core competencies and to understand its path to become a strategic company inside the Brazilian defense sector.
